Smallville’s Erica Durance reprising Lois Lane role for Arrowverse crossover!
Erica Durance will be reprising her role as Lois Lane and reuniting with Smallville co-star Tom Welling for The CW’s upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event, TVLine has confirmed.
Durance will guest star in multiple episodes in the highly-anticipated Arrowverse crossover, reuniting the WB’s original Lois and Clark almost a decade after Smallville ended. Durance previously appeared on Supergirl as Alura Zor-El/Noel Neill. Durance’s other post-Smallville credits include Saving Hope, Painkillers, and Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie.
Also guest-starring in the five-part event are Tyler Hoechlin (Teen Wolf, Supergirl), Elizabeth Tulloch (Supergirl), and Brandon Routh (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Superman Returns). With the addition of Welling, three Supermen will be appearing in the crossover from different universes.
The Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover will begin with Supergirl on Sunday, December 8, followed by Batwoman on Monday, December 9, The Flash on Tuesday, December 10, Arrow on Tuesday, January 14 (after the winter hiatus), and will conclude with DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, airing after Arrow on January 14.
